Eli was respectful and showed me pictures of the dryer duct cleaning. They did a great job and didn't try to upsell me on more services.

I was looking all over for someone to clean my laundry duct and wasn't really sure what to expect since I'd never had it done before. From the first phone call, the customer service was excellent. They were friendly, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel much more comfortable scheduling the service.
Eli was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. The whole process was quick, and he explained everything clearly. I'm so glad I chose them, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing laundry duct cleaning!

The Duct Cleaners got here FAST. They didn't clean my dryer vent from the outside, just from the inside (bc it is on the second floor). Stacy, Eddie & Chris were super polite and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, too. They even took out the trash I had in my laundry room. Totally recommend.

Pretty happy overall with the service. They came in and immediately inspected the dryer duct. They provided me with before and after videos to inspect the work. In addition to cleaning it, they also replaced the pipe as it was old and falling apart. I will definitely work with them again
